Payment Schedule

We use an auto-billing system. Your credit card will be automatically charged on the following dates:

  • At Booking: $100 deposit per student
  • September 17, 2026: $400
  • October 15, 2026: $500
  • November 12, 2026: $500
  • December 10, 2026: Final Payment


The final payment amount will be confirmed in November once pricing is finalized based on the number of students travelling. At that time, the remaining balance will be updated in WeTravel and the December 10 payment will appear in your account.

Until then, you may make payments up to a total of $1,500 per student.


Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policy:

  • Before September 17, 2026: 6% cancellation fee
  • September 17 to October 14, 2026: $100 cancellation fee
  • October 15, 2026 and after: 100% non-refundable


All students are issued an insurance policy upon booking, including trip cancellation coverage. This policy is non-refundable once purchased.

Trip cancellation claims must be submitted through the insurance provider and are subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.
