Intramurals will be for Grade 8 today.
No track throwing events today or tomorrow. We will have practice at lunch at 12:25 on Thursday. If you don't commit and show to practice, you don't go to the meet! This is for all bantam and intermediate.
The girls played 2 very good games yesterday against Birchwood and Montague. Phoebe Lecoure, Lyla Buckle and Emma Ghiz all scored in the games. Nadia continues to distribute the ball very well on offence. The defence also played a key factor in both games. Keep up the good work!
QC2 AAB battled hard in night 2 of the flag season. In the first game the boys pulled out an exciting one-point victory over Birchwood. The second game was an internal battle of QC teams. QC2 played hard in the loss with lots of good-hearted commentary from both sides. Shout out to Camden Mackinnon and Samson Maclennan who each had some key catches in the end zone throughout the night.
Grade 7 EAL students in 7D, 7E, and 7H will be completing their EAL writing assessments in the Cafeteria during period 1 today with teacher's permission. Due to writing assessments. there will not be regular EAL classes today.
It’s opening night for The Enchanted Bookshop. You may buy tickets at the door this evening for $10 dollars. Doors open at 6:30 and the show starts at 7pm. There will be a bake sale during intermission. All monies go towards our theatre club for next year’s show.
Today is also the last day to buy tickets for Wednesday and Thursday nights dinner theatre experience. Enjoy an evening of good food and great entertainment. It’s going to be a fantastic show!
